How to achieve slim upper thighs by sports/exercises?
I'm 15, 1.66m, 55kg. I'm usually a 'm' size (uk 8/10/12) for my shirts and stuff but when it comes to bottoms, I'm a large or x-large. I'm slim on top but bigger-sized at the bottom. Is there any way to slim it down? My upper, inner thighs and butt accumulate the most fats, are there any sports/ exercises that can slim it down?
I'm an athletic person, I do sports (running, swimming, dragon-boating) , I lose weight everywhere but not down there
I like to stretch as well (eg. yoga) and I secretly hope it would help in losing the fats on my upper, inner thighs but its not really working...

There are two simple steps to becoming fitter and thinner; Dieting and Exercising.
1) Dieting
a: Eat a reduced amount of what you normally eat (e.g. if you eat a full bowl of cereal for breakfast, eat only 1/2 or 3/4 of it).
b: Drink 8 -10 glasses of water each day.
c: Begin to enjoy fruits and vegetables as delicious snacks instead of ice cream, crisps or whatever junk food you usually gulp down (it's called junk food for a reason!).
d: Eat up to 1500 - 1600 calories a day.
2) Exercising
a: Exercise ALOT!
b: 20 Push-ups, 20 Sit-ups, Squats, 10min run, cycling, 45min walk, etc.
