are my breasts normal?
so, I've heard that your breasts pretty much stop growing like two years after your period. I got mine in 7th grade so I was like about 12. they were always pretty small (like 34A) until freshman year of high school when they started getting a little bigger and they're a 34B now. but they're really cone shaped, i wish they would fill out a bit more and be rounder. im 16 now. i've heard somewhere to not wear a bra to bed and they'll fill out better, is this true? and if not what do i have to do for them to fill out? or do i just have to wait and how long will they keep growing?
oh, and one more thing, ive recently been going to the gym alot and I've joined some sports, ive lost some weight, when you lose weight do your boobs get smaller too?
Okay, let me lay out the facts for you:
1) It's not true at all that your breasts stop growing two years after your period. I started growing breasts at 10, got my period at 12 (by that time there were about a 34B) and have since grown to a 34DD--I'm 19 and, I don't know if they've even stopped yet! Everyone is different.
2) To echo my last sentence, EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. No matter if you are a complete flattie or a Dolly Parton, your breasts are normal-sized for you. A 34B is a very nice size. 
3) Wearing a bra to bed has a lot of urban legends and truth mixed in. Some people say that it will give you breast cancer because of stress constantly being put on them, but research hasn't shown any correlation between the two. It is proven, though, that you can constrict the size they will grow to if you wear a bra to bed (kind of like a bonsai tree being put in a small planter). So, you may get smaller boobs than you would otherwise if you wear a bra to bed, but you won't necessarily grow larger if you leave it off. Does that make sense?
4) Yes, you can lose weight in your boobs if you're losing weight in other places. This is caused by two things:
A) You're losing fat. There's fat in boobs.
B) A sports bra presses your breasts more than a normal bra, which can cause shrinkage.
I recommend getting a sports bra with some cup shape. These are a lot more expensive than a normal sports bra, but they are well worth it for the comfort and space they give your breasts. Try Wal-Mart; they sometimes have good deals on supportive sports bras.
5) There's nothing you can actively do to fill out your breasts naturally. God made you a certain way, and it's a smart woman's job to be happy with how that design works out. Believe me, there are just as many disadvantages to large boobies than small, perky ones! Enjoy your womanhood; that's way sexier than some extra fatty tissue up top!
